Delicious Coconut Popsicle
It's summer and you need to eat something cold. Make a simple snack. Here's how to make a delicious coconut pops.
Pour a 14-ounce can of coconut milk with the grated zest of 1 lime, the juice of 2 limes, 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 1/4 cup shredded coconut. Pour into small Popsicle molds or 3-ounce paper cups; insert wooden Popsicle sticks. Freeze several hours, or until firm.
Enjoy eating!

- Wait until it is ready. Use toothpick to check it.
- Transfer the cake into a plate.
- In a pan put a half butter, 1 can condense and a half grated cheese then stir continuously until sticky.
- Spread the yema filling on top then grate some cheese on top of it.
